Quick expertise in fixing locking tailgate

Technician diagnosed the issue with why my battery was running down every 24 hours to the tailgate lock being broken. Had to wait for the parts to come in from the manufacturer, which took 5 days. Once the parts came in, the technician installed them and my vehicle was fixed. Technician kept me informed about the whole process from start to finish.
