Problem not fixed and cost $100.00 more than I was told
I took my jeep in because it was missing bad (Joe worked on it.) He called and told me it would be $250.00 to change spark plugs but my coils were fine because I was told by other it might be my coils so I said go ahead. FIRST he said I would have it back in the morning and it was late afternoon. SECOND he told me the total would be $250.00 but I go to pick it up and it's $350.00..she called him in and he said he changed 2 coils also (after he told me on the phone they were good). THIRD he never bother to call to tell me the total was going to change. FOURTH..i paid it and didnt even make it all the way home and it was missing again!!! Had my brother fix it (he looked it up online) and got it fixed for about $20.00 (bad oxygen sensor on right side)...NOT a happy customer.
