We are sorry for your discomfort you encountered to get a coolant system flush for $69.99. The coupon that you mentioned which you didn't even have or represent, clearly mentions " restrictions apply". Your vehicle which is a large GMC SUV with front and rear heating system takes about 20 quarts of coolant that is over $100 worth of coolant of course plus the labor is under the restrictions which you were not willing to pay the difference. I did offer you the Radiator flush with up to 6 quarts but you declined the offer. Please read the complete coupon as it is valid but as it mentions with restrictions that can not be applied to all vehicle makes and models.
