Poor customer service.
The owner of the business did not address me respectfully as a customer. He kept referring to me as "young man" when it was obvious that I am not a "young man". I asked him how old he was and he was 11 years younger than myself. That's poor business etiquette. You don't address someone obviously senior to yourself as "young man". It is offensive. You show people respect appropriately. I would not go back to his business nor would I refer anyone to patronize his business.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and it's clear this situation was less than ideal. Respect is a two-way street, and it sounds like we took a wrong turn somewhere. Ones you ask me to refer to you as a Sir i did chage my way of aproaching you sir  It's was never my intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable or undervalued. I certainly understand how important it is to be addressed properly, and we're sorry that this part of your visit fell short. Your feedback is crucial in helping me improve my customer interactions, as i aim to treat everyone as the experienced individuals they are—because, let’s be honest, nobody wants to relive their youthful years if they don’t have to. If you ever choose to give us another chance, we’ll make sure to roll out the red carpet.
