NO GOOD

Unreliable not dependable had an appointment to bring in my vehicle for an oil change I was told on the phone when I made the appointment one week prior I could wait and it would not take long approximately 1 hour to 1 and a half hours for the oil change told them I would stay with the vehicle. The appointment was made for 8:30 AM I showed up at 8:25 AM I was greeted by a service writer who I believe was one of the owners. It seemed to me he was frustrated because he started three of his mechanics did not show up and I was told by him it would take 3 to 4 hours to do the oil change. When I told him this was not acceptable he did not even cure one bit. I’ve been a good customer for almost 10 years and I have three different vehicles that I was bring in for my oil changes and any repairs needed. When I said to the service writer who I believe was the owner this was not good and told him if I walk out the door, you’re not only going to lose one customers, but in reality you lose three customers since I had three different vehicles. I was bringing all 3 vehicles to his place for oil changes and whatever repairs needed my opinion very poor businessman should have figure out a way how to make it happen it was just an oil change, and not to make me walk out. Never will I go back to this place and would not recommend this place to anyone.
