Excellent experience.
James and his guys are excellent. My friend and I were taking our dogs to the vet to have their eyes checked. We live over an hour away and as we got to the vet the water pump on my suburban went out. My husband called and spoke with James and he said to bring the vehicle in and the would get it fixed. This is about 4pm on Good Friday. They not only let us bring our (9 dachshunds in their crates) into their lobby so they would be cool, but made sure we had water for the dogs and us. Then they stayed late to make certain the car was fixed so we could drive home. It's hard to find decent people in today's world, let alone anyone who goes the extra mile to take care of a customer, especially one from out of town. These folks went above and beyond and got us home safely. Highly recommend this company. We are very appreciative for their help and kindness.
