Took several vehicles here. Always promised cars would be ready in a few days. Every time the vehicles ended up being there several weeks. Dropped in to check on one car that was there over a month...nothing being done to it at all, we decided to take the car back after nothing had even been done to it. Finally we just got a quote for a transmission service, was quoted $433.00 for transmission fluid, filter and labor. I ordered the transmission service kit online and called to get a price on just labor. The price quoted for just labor was $433.00. I called the dealership to get a price. The price quoted from the dealership is $250.00 Premium Auto Care is a bunch of incompetent people pretending to be an auto repair shop! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!
