Don’t trust them! Now they are under a new ownership in which Helena or Delena who answers the phone is horrible no people or secretary skills. It took her over an hour to get the message to Mac the new owner. Everytime I would tell her that I would hold for the manager she could no give me an estimate of when I would get a call back and proceed to hang up the phone even as I was talking. I had to call 13 times to get through. She would answer and then disconnect the call. Finally after the 13th time Miraculously Mac answered. He said that she had just given my info to him about 5 mins before even though she had said she gave it to him over and hour prior. Wait a go throwing your employees under the bus Mac. I have been a 9 year customer of there's until today. Let me warn you anytime they offer you a rental car from their partner Enterprise on Peral Ave DONT DO IT! I found out two years later that they never paid them their half and thanks to them I was on the do not rent a car list. After speaking to Mac he straight up said no that’s not my responsibility call Premier Nissan in Fremont to pay. I have never taken my car to them in my 9 years of taking my care to Capitol. I have more horror stories about this location, in short they bs you and charge you up! So don’t do it unless you want to be in peoples black lists because they choose to be irresponsible beings.

Bad experience
I would give you a zero if I could. I went there to try to buy a Murano before the end of year
The salesman was arrogant and kind of wanted to get rid of me even that I wanted to buy. You didn't waste your time, I wasted my time coming there to try to buy a car from you. I finally got what I wanted few days later from Concord Nissan. Treat your customers right and don't assume that you know everything. Too bad.

My sales consultant was Philip Mai. Philip was well-informed, courteous and personable. He greeted me in the lot and was is Interested in what I was looking for and never pushy, but was able to answer my questions. He offered to show me the features of the Juke that I was interested in. He let me move at my own pace and respected my need to have my wife come and look at the car. He and I talked by telephone several times and as we got closer to the final transaction he was, again, never pushed or pressured us. He let us make the decision and as we needed to speak with the manager about the the deal, compromises and the closing, he backed off and let the manager do his job. Once I had made the decision to purchase the car he continued to work with us on having the car prepped and helping me when I had left my garage door opener in the old car. He went out of his way to track down the old car and retrieve the garage door opener. I feel very strongly that Philip was one of the best salesman I have purchased a car from over the past 50 years. I always take my car to Premier Nissan San Jose for they taking care my car, the service department every nice and they do they good job, special Randall Kennedy is the service advisor i like the most, he is very friendly to me. Recommendation dealer to service for your car.
Was on work call when I walked into the service. The service manager completed all the necessary paperwork with me barely concentrating. Additionally, he offered me drop off and pick up service to nearby Starbucks. The car was returned at the promised time.
The recent service experience was awesome Thanks to Doc Whitmore who explained everything pre and post the service...very knowledgeable and professional.
