I recently bought an old and very beat up pick up truck when my beloved Subaru Forester XT died unexpectedly . Of course, I started having trouble almost immediately . I was recommended to Premier by a towing service in Des Moines, WA, (I feel like I should be sending flowers to the owner of the towing service ...)
All of the staff that I’ve come in contact with at Premier have been incredibly professional, sympathetic without being condescending, (which is unfortunately rare if you happen to be a woman), and determined to provide great customer service.
After my initial repairs had been finished, I had the issue reoccur the next day when I actually have the opportunity to drive the car long-term. I called Ryan at Premier from the road and the first thing out of his mouth was can you reach us safely . When I arrived and described to my issue, he was apologetic saying that they should’ve checked something related to the problem and clearly had not. He promised to make it right and offered a very generous solution to the issue. As it turned out, the problem probably could never of been seen by his employees, or himself. Despite this he still honored the arrangement we had spoken about, and fixed the issue after some detective work .
Not only will I be returning to Premier with any vehicle I may own in the future, I also plan to give them out as a referral to anyone/everyone looking for a mechanic. This family owned business earns five stars in my book. Thank you so much Ryan, and everyone at Premier!
