Manager Masi is an embezzler, man-child, and possibly has a career criminal little brother.
Manager Masi sold my friend a $3.6 AmeriPlus vehicle service contract, but never funded the contract and likely embezzled the $3.6k. He also sold my friend four bad tires that failed the MD inspection.
Last Saturday, Masi left a message asking that I call him back. I was expecting a compromise. Instead, he acted like a man-child calling me a "$hitty-looking lawyer" and telling me "go f*ck yourself' and "f*ck you and the attorney general."
Like possibly his little brother, Masi has no respect for our laws. Masi appears to value profit over honesty and integrity, quintessential American values.
His possible little brother is a career criminal, gun-totter, physical abuser, and drug dealer. The apple doesn't fall far from the free. Masi was a poor role model to his possible brother leading his possible little brother to a life of crime. Do you want to buy a car from this person?
As Masi is a man-child who upsets easily, I will see how he handles being sued personally. I will sue Masi, along with Premier Automotive. I wonder if Premier Automotive's legal insurance covers Masi's legal expenses or if Masi will have to pay $400/hr himself. I wonder what MASWOOD ATTAI will say once he sees a lawsuit against Premier Automotive and Masi himself.
I am consulting with Leonard Myers, Esq. and http://fortressproprietas.com/ on how best to sue Masi and Premier Automotive.
