Came out to diagnose problem with 3 yr old Samsung LED Smart TV on Oct 1st. They charged $89 for house call. They sent a repair order for approval for an additional $289 and we never heard back from them. I called three times and finally after 4 weeks bought a new TV from Best Buy. Their techs came out to set up the new TV and for curiosity, checked out the Samsung, found a loose wire and fixed it for no charge. Still haven't heard back from Precision TV.
