From the first phone contact with Hector, the proprietor forward I was treated with absolute respect, and understanding of my problem. My Honda CRV had an aftermarket transponder left installed after purchase. Although it wasn’t activated, it interfered with my remote key fob, locking me out and disabling my ignition. out of his way to let me know my battery was at its expiration date and was not cranking at less than optimal voltage. He also suggested the door lock actuator may be due for a replacement.
