I made my appointment for 9:00 the following week and I arrived early. Frank immediately brought the truck in and started to work on it. It took longer than I anticipated but that was because Frank was the only one in the shop and handling deliveries and writing up an inspection too. All in in all I was pleased with the amount of time it took as he kept me informed as to how much longer it would be.
Now for the honesty part! When he was finished I asked how it was for the job and he told me it was not going to cost me anything as the dealership would be paying him for the job. He could have easily told a reasonable figure and I would have paid it. It was truly a blessing bringing the vehicle to Precision Engines even though I live an hour and forty minutes from their shop.
