I took my vehicle in for a transmission service. The tech advised that my front drive shaft was at the point of failure. The service manager Pete called and explained in laymen's terms what was going on with the vehicle, what might happen if the drive failed, and gave me the price. The part came in right on time and the vehicle was back up and running in 4 days. When I picked up the vehicle, the office was calm and quiet. A technician walked through and looked content, not harried. It is a small gem located right in Endicott, and I will continue to trust them with my vehicles.
