My wife and I were sideswiped in a hit and run accident on our way to Los Angeles. The car sustained almost $8000 of damage. Fortunately, we were able to get it home. We called our insurance (Traveler's) and connected them with Precision Automotive, who did the estimate and all the repair work. The car was quite damaged on passenger side, including the alignment, but it looked and drove like a new car when we picked it up today. Wes, the owner, charged us exactly what Traveler's was willing to pay and not a penny more. Great body work (they even took out a few small dents that weren't associated with this accident) done in a timely manner (just over two weeks from the time of the first phone call to picking it up today) by very capable staff. Great communication, too, directly from Wes, throughout the entire ordeal. I really don't think our experience could have been better.
