After returning from a trip to Bakersfield Ca, I noticed my 2017 F150 had its engine coolant reservoir empty. I immediately took it to get looked at over at Precision Automotive. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Enrique and Carlos. I Explained to them my trucks situation and they immediately looked into it. They diagnosed my truck with water pump failure.... They explained to me what the job consisted of and how long it would take for them to repair it. Understanding my situation with being my work vehicle and with the Thanksgiving Holiday 3 days away they immediately began working on my truck! Before the end of the day they called me and told me, water pump was replaced and vehicle was ready for o be picked up.... My hat goes off to Precision Automotive!! I’ve been coming to them for over 20 years and the attention to detail, quality of work and customer service only gets better!! Enrique and Carlos are to my opinion the best Vehicle Technicians in the area if not in the County.... Can’t thank you guys enough for the quality of work and service you guys provided to me and my family...
