Service department rude, damaged the van during repair and would not take responsibility
We brought in our camper van for multiple repairs, including A/C replacement and other service. The person we dealt with was Scott, he called and told us that the service found a hole in a hose we just replaced at another service dealership less than a year ago which did not leak when we dropped the vehicle off, needs to be replaced. When I told him there must be a mistake, he said it had a big hole and he can show me when I come to get the vehicle. When we came to pick up the vehicle we noticed that there was paint scratched off from the awning cover area of about 4"x5", quite noticeable as the area was silver (paint bare) and our vehicle is grey, this craped paint was not there when we dropped off the van, when I pointed it it out, Scott told me that I had no proof that it happened there, although I showed him a picture taken the same week we dropped off the vehicle which did not have the damage. Furthermore, we were never on the roof of our vehicle and there was no other way how the damage could have happened without someone going up on the roof. He immediately became passive aggressive and told me that he will find out how much a new cover is and they can repair it but we have to pay for it. Never even considered taking responsibility for the damage. Although we spent nearly 6k on the repairs at Poulsbo RV in Kent, we received only this intimidating and rude behavior and will never return back to them. Very disappointed by the service we received.
