We have owned RVs for 30 years so have had a lot of experience with the RV service industry...or lack of service :) We have been extremely satisfied with every interaction we have had with Poulsbo RV in Kent....whether the sales or the service department. They are respectful; very responsive; very helpful and certainly help us feel much happier owning an RV....service is so important when you're driving a "computer" and you know someone "has your back".
