The atmosphere of the facility and between the other residents is great.
I am a little concern about the security in the building and how long it is taking to get the key fob system setup and running.

We are so happy that you enjoy the atmosphere here at Potala! Due to the construction going on in our community, we are unable to rapidly impose new features, such as the internal amentiy key fob system. We are expending our best efforts with construction and vendors to get the system established. We have hired a security team to monitor our buildings at night, when the office is closed. We greatly appreciate your input and are very happy you are a resident of ours!
