My wife had a serious accident in her new Subaru Outback . She was only shaken up but ok now. Having not needed a collision repair here, Port City made the process move along smoothly. Nice employees.
Daughter hit a small bear coming back to Boone from Nashville. I chose Port City because of their long reputation of doing "the best body work" in town. Car looks great!
While repair result looked great , waiting over 30 days seemed very long for a relatively minor repair . I had to call repeatedly to become aware of repair progress.
I just wanted my car fixed quickly and well. The job was done well but… it took four scores and seven years to get it back and for cosmetic damage. I had co workers with more damage to their vehicles repaired quicker and done well before me.
