Louis said they were good, and very reliable. He said they expedited the job pretty quickly, were very polite, and went above and beyond. Louis said they were respectful and pretty honest with him. He did say that they couldn't pinpoint right away what the exact problem was, probably did more than they needed to,but it was an older vehicle. Louis said they were very good and he would definitely use them again. He said they were up-front with him, the owner was very nice, and the service manager was very polite and kept him updated.
