LIES AND WASTED TIME. This dealership is SHADY! Dylan Castro lied to us on multiple occasions and had us drive over 2.5 hours to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new car. I attempted to start paperwork and do deposit prior to coming which they refused. I called in the morning to confirm the vehicle was set aside for us which he confirmed. 10 minutes from the dealership, he called and said sorry they just sold that vehicle. He said he could get one from another dealership. I asked him which one and he said Chico, so I checked their website and confirmed with them that they did not have the vehicle like he said! So we waited another hour only to be told the one he was going to get was also sold, he wasted our time. They didn’t even compensate us for time or gas as a courtesy. He ruined our weekend and hopes of getting a new car. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
