Well I took my car in to have the transmission fluid changed and transmission filter replaced and they agreed to honor the estimate I was given to do those things yet when I went to pick my car up they said that they were only able to change the fluid because in order to change the filter they would have to do much work but not to worry because it's only a paper filter and the old transmission fluid didn't look to bad so it should be ok . Wtf really? Ok ! That little paper filter is what's protection my transmission and my wallet from having to spend 5 thousand dollars to replace it. I going back in and asking for my money back since they didn't do the most important thing I asked for
