Years of work
Piper Automotive has been taking care of my 2011 RAV4, for almost 4 years now. I bought it five years ago and have run into many problems throughout that they’ve helped me take care of. They even replaced my engine for me after the original one overheated which was no easy job. Special thank you to Luis for his promptness and professionalism and willingness to help. He’s been the one we have gone to for every issue and he always makes it easy. They’ve saved my car (and my safety) more than once and I’m very grateful to the whole team. Communication and efficiency is top notch here. This time around, my car had been making rattling noises and they found that my differential was missing three of the four bolts, making it extremely unsafe. Instead of giving up and telling me I needed a whole deal of fixes, they did tedious work to fix the bolts and ultimately save the car. I’m very grateful to have them service and fix my car over these past few years and I highly recommend giving your trust to this team. Thank you to everyone who’s worked on it and thank you to Luis for always helping me out!
