Dhalia said there was a small glitch in her service. She said she paid for some tires. She would have thought that when they put the new ones on they would have put the old ones in the back, but they didn't. She said they took them from the rims, because of something having to do with the sensors, but she was paying for new sensors so she didn't understand that. She said they were friendly, professional and she didn't have any problems with them. However, they should have known to ask her if she wanted to salvage the old tires instead of taking it for granted that she was gong to leave the tires for them to do what they wanted with, because they weren't their tires. She said she hasn't checked yet but she had someone take the vehicle back and hopefully they put the old tires back in the vehicle because she wants to sell them since she just bought them last week. She said they also should have put air in them and re-balanced them too. She said if they did not she will follow up and she is sure they will be happy to make it right.
