Poor experience
Was told false information about my car and charged for a ridiculous “diagnosis” I could’ve/ did tell them about before I arrived. I get home use my own scanner to check the “overheating” they were talking about and saw no such data. Weren’t willing to help and try to fix a problem before jumping straight to the big bill stuff. When spoken to about it was responded to with short answers with little to no help. 4 hours for an answer I could’ve told you from a google search is pathetic. Communication was an issue as well, being told I’d have information on my diagnostics after I had to call for info. Being told I’d get a call back that I did not receive I had to walk back to the shop to learn what was going on. There were many steps that could’ve been taken before this and overall a not good experience.
