Rotate & Balance with same day appointment
I called for an appointment mid-morning to get my tires rotated and balanced. I needed an afternoon option today. The service advisor offered me two different times, and I chose the later. I arrived at 5pm, and they had the car in the shop within 10 minutes. I was on my way home by 6pm with a very smooth ride following the re-balance. Happy overall.

Great Service at Piedmont Tire& Auto in Gainesville
I have used Piedmont for all my car issues for years. Their prices are usually lower and their service better than those from whom I have gotten 2nd opinions.
I also appreciate their attitude. Always polite, willing to answer questions, and give a good estimate of time needed to finish work.
Highly recommend them.

Always #1
Just needed a State Safety check. Dropped off the night before and done by 10am the next day. Why go anywhere else when Piedmont Tire is the only correct answer.

Tire Repair
Dropped off car when shop opened for a tire repair with no appointment. Expected it to maybe be done by late afternoon. Got a call an hour later that it was done.

Excellent!
I brought my car to piedmont about 3:30 pm for state inspection oil change and emission (on the 29th of the month also!). John checked me in and indicated the state inspections were cut off for the day (the sign was noting this too) and could I leave it overnight? This was ok with me. I was called at 6 pm to say the car was ready to go!! I was so pleased to take my car last minute late afternoon AND get it back same day a couple of hours later, no issues. John/Piedmont - fantastic and over delivered!
