Appt availability
Hi. Today was my 2nd attempt to have my car looked at. Both times the answers were not acceptable.
3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment, because my check engine light came on. It would be a week before they there was an appointment available.
I went in today with a problem that just happened. No available appointments until Thursday( 6 days from now).
Again, my family has been very loyal to this Hyundai. As a loyal customer, I left there not knowing if my car is safe. He told me, they are busy and short staffed. That is a horrible excuse. My family decided we are done. We have been loyal since 2014.
