Michael said his son's vehicle broke down and they had it towed to this business. They were told it needed a new radiator. They paid $950 for the radiator and towing fee. After picking up the vehicle, his son drove 45 miles down the road and the vehicle overheated. They had it towed back to the business and were told that the engine was blown. It would cost $6,500 to fix, plus they were charged an additional towing fee of $500. Had the problem been diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time, this never would have happened. It was a horrible experience.

Nick at Phil’s Auto is always great about getting me scheduled (mostly on short notice) oops;) Phil and the guys are great, they get me in and out quickly, and they don’t try to replace parts that don’t need it. Love them:)

John said it was quick, it was fast, the only thing he's looking at right now is that the engine is running hot and he doesn't know if it's because the piece is broke. It runs absolutely fine, it runs a little hotter than usual, though.
