I took my Rocket III Triumph in for an engine coughing issue. After three hours of support from Phil's staff it ended up being a known issue with the 270 degree stroke issue. Since they couldn't fix the issue they refused to even take payment for the labor invested in checking out my ride. Fair and honest team.
