Customer Service is outstanding!
I have been taking my truck here for years and I have always been more than satisfied. I have been to other places where I have been over sold because I am a women that does not know much about cars nor do I want to. This does not happen at Pfefferle!!! I have always been treated with respect and honesty and that is so refreshing and its shows they really care about their customers! I HIGHLY recommend that you take your car here for everything.
