Hate to give 2 stars, but....
We appreciated the friendly and helpful service with the oil change and tire rotation on 1/18. We brought it to the attendants attention that we were still hearing the loud road noise in the front of the car and could he check the tires again when he rotated them. We were there on October 16,2013 for an oil change and tire rotation. We still heard the noise, but took their word that the tires were rotated. On January 18, your attendant told us that the tire was worn and the car was out of alignment, something they would have seen had the tires been rotated in October. Nothing changed from October to January except now the road noise is gone. My husband suspected that the tires were not rotated in October and he was right. Unfortunate, because up to now you have had a good reputation with us. Just letting you know.
