Excellent service, customer oriented, honest, friendly
I recently, over the past year or so, have started taking my 2010 ford to Pfefferle for service and oil changes. They are hands down better than any of those other quick lube shops (Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc). The staff is friendly and personable. Their service is excellent, accurate and fast. They are honest and reliable. I took my SUV in for an oil change last year and had them check my tires to see if they were ready to be replaced and they told me I still had a little time - got at least another year out of them. They could have had me for a new set of tires, as I don't know any better, but were honest. My most recent visit, for tires and an oil change, was just as great. They provided shuttle service and all at no additional charge. Very happy with their customer oriented service approach. I intend to be a lifetime customer!
