So-So

An oil change is an oil change. NOthing to it and have yet to have an experience above all others. Paid extra for service that would air up my tires and yet my air pressure light is still on. Do not believe it was done, or at least not properly.

Hi Samantha, We are sorry you felt this way about your experience. Give us a chance to make this up to you. We feel as though we are different when it comes to an oil change. You don't find places like ours that get you out in 15 minutes or less for $30. We have the the economy and full service option as an added value to our customers, we want you to be able to make the choice of the service rather than us telling you what has to be done. Pertaining to your tire light; if you paid for the full service, we aired your tires up. That being said, did you mention to the customer service representative that it was on? Every tire light on every car is different. For the majority of vehicles, all you have to do is air up the tires and drive the vehicle and the light should go out. Your car does not work this way though. If we didn't know the light was on, we would have not known you even had an issue. If we did know the light was on, we apologize for not inspecting the situation further. Either way, please stop back in so we can double check your tire pressure. We will then manually reset your tire light for free as long as that is all it is. You could have a bad tire pressure sensor also. But, we would not know until we evaluate the situation. Please give us a chance to make this right for you. Your happiness is our #1 goal! Thank you and hope to see you soon...
