Great service, very friendly I trust them 100% with my vehicle
I had 3 other places tell me nothing was wrong with my truck and they couldn’t get it to make any noise. I went to Pfefferle because I had met several mechanics there thru the years of my volunteering for local events. They are always very helpful, very knowledgeable and the most trustworthy people in the automotive world. I will admit I am no mechanic and it’s a very scary thing to put your full trust and safety into others. But I have 0 doubts or issues with their work. They found the issue 3 other places didn’t bother to tell me about it even how to fix it. Chris walked me thru the options I had and never once did I feel like I asked stupid questions or felt like I was less of a customer for being a female. Great place, 100% trustworthy, very friendly, they will have all of my auto business when I need a mechanic.
