Above and beyond service!
No one likes when a vehicle unexpectedly starts having its issues and the things that come along, unexpected expenses and being put out of having a vital piece of what makes the day to day tasks manageable. I am not from the area and got stranded. From the very first phone call I was treated with the best customer service and patience I’ve ever received in this industry. When I arrived with my car off the tow truck the associates of Pfefferle Tire and Automotive were quick to get my diagnosis in and even more supportive when it came to talking about ways to get me back on the road.I am very appreciative of this team and recommend greatly for true and honest work!!
