scammers !!!
Hello everyone, do not do business with them, they are scammers, liars, manipulators, and thieves. Never go to their garages. They scammed me out of $1000. Let me explain: my car's steering wheel was locked. After taking it to several garages, I was told they couldn't fix it and that I needed to find another electrician. I found their website on Google and went there on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. I explained the steering wheel problem. I spoke to a man at the counter, and he told me they could fix it. I asked how much it would cost, and he said about $200 or $300. I went home, and the next day, February 3rd, I went back. I found another man, and I explained the problem again, but this same man asked me for $1000. I knew that was a lot for a simple steering wheel, but I couldn't move the car. Since it's dangerous to drive in that condition, I thought it wasn't a big deal, that I had to pay, the important thing was that my car worked. I made an appointment with them because I was supposed to receive my paycheck the following Friday, February 6th, as I didn't have enough money. I figured I would wait for my next paycheck to pick up my car. On Friday, February 6th, I called them. Within the first few minutes, the man on the phone told me he would ask the mechanic if it was ready and that he would call me back. After an hour, I called him back, and he told me to come pick up my car, that it was ready to go. I took an Uber and arrived. When I arrived, they asked me to pay before I could pick up the car. I didn't have any problems with them at first, as it seemed like a legitimate business, so I didn't suspect anything. I paid, they issued a receipt, and then they lied on the receipt. I went into the garage, and the man told me he had changed the pump and the fluid and that I needed to wait an hour for it to work. That's when I realized they had scammed me. They hadn't changed anything on the car; they hadn't even opened the hood or checked anything. The car was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off for repairs. I called the cashier, who told me I had to pay an extra $500 for them to fix it. I was furious. They really took me for a fool. Being African and speaking English, they thought they could extort money from me without providing the service. They started threatening me in the garage. I left and called the police, and then I filed a complaint against them. They are all thieves; never trust them with your cars. Today, they wasted my time. I couldn't even go to work this Friday because I didn't have a car. They shattered my hopes, but I will do everything I can to make sure they are prosecuted.
