Pick one of the worst weather days of this Winter to have a routine oil change scheduled before headed to Central Oregon... Friday 2/7. I called to see if Peters was actually going to be open. Luis, not Lisa answered the phone as he was in the midst of determining if weather would permit any of the mechanics to actually get to work that day. Long story short, he was a one man show that day and instead of cancelling my appointment said he would change the oil. As usual, Peters always takes the time to do a full visual overview and noticed one rear bulb burned out as well. They are very thorough, priced competitively, and have great customer service. My father was an auto mechanic, I appreciate being able to use this establishment and know I can trust their recommendations and repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Luis for going the extra mile on a very cold and snowy day!!!
