I would assume most customers are in a similar situation; a volvo with a lot of miles on it that is always going to have some kind of issue. The team at Peter's is incredibly well versed on Volvos and I trust their opinions. However, I think they could do a little better job helping customers prioritize repairs. I am not going to spend thousands of dollars on a car that is only worth a few thousand. It would be nice if they helped customers rank the importance of their issues.

Here at Peter's we try to deliver as much information as possible regarding each vehicle in a manner that is intuitive and allows customers to extrapolate from that which items best serve their circumstantial needs. We are sorry that insufficient detail left you wanting a more specific prioritization and are happy to asses the technician's notes on your vehicle with that in mind.
