I found PS as part of my search for a high quality facility that could install an upgraded breaking system on my son’s (and daughter-in-law’s) custom after-market Mercedes Sprinter Van. I had done extensive research on potential braking kits that could provide the peace of mind that I was looking for. I regarded this project like life and death and I related my concerns, expectations, and thoughts about high-end breaking kits to Francisco who graciously took it all in stride. He, too, did his research and concluded that I did not have to spend $5K, or more, to get what was needed to upgrade the existing braking system. Rather, he recommended an upgrade for half that price. He shared with me his analysis and opinions and I elected to follow his recommendations. Well, Francisco was right and the job was completed on time with no hiccups. I appreciated Francisco’s honesty with regard to his recommendations. I was willing to spend substantially more. The new braking system is far better than what was on the vehicle and, importantly, my son was very happy with the results and cost. I highly recommend Performance Specialties.
