One star is to nice! My granddaughter , her first experience with a car dealership! Lied to by Lois in sales.! Lois I trusted you to do my granddaughter right . You lied about her not needing stems on tires to monitor air. You lied about the car being totally looked over. A motor mount Lois!! Do you realise what could have happened with 4 little ones in the car !! You lied about the warranty, your finance mgr lied..Service department lied. No one wants to help straighten this mess out.. Even your GM won't even respond!! BUYER BEWARE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE BUY YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN GET HONEST CARING STAFF!
