I have a 2015 Buick Regal and the push button for the gear shift knob fell out. Thought this would be an easy fix. Wrong! The replacement part was plastic garbage and the whole gear knob replacement was a discontinued part. They advised they couldn't find one but they'd do whatever they could if I could find one. Nothing they found matched enough to warrant purchase on their end and I understood that.
I did find one, on Amazon of all places! They got it on right away once I received it. They were honest and upfront regarding what they were able to do and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will use them again if needed.
