On Feb. 8, 2020, I went to Pep Boys in Hodgkins, IL. for a tire change and my car was damaged with scratches and dents. I contacted the store manager - Mike, the DM - Alex Pyatkovsky, the Corporate Office - (five times) and the Claims Processor - Brandy Pounder. Not once have a received a phone call regarding my damage. I have a photo, police report, an estimate for repairs (requested by Alex), BBB report, Illinois Attorney General report, emails, names, dates and notes. On March 9, 2020, I spoke with Brandy Pounder and she denied my claim. She did not ask me any questions about my claim or what my side of the story was. I am not scamming anyone, I just want the damage repaired, take care of your customer.
