They don’t stand behind their service or products. They also damaged my Porsche 991/911 through negligence. I bought a set of tires from them for our Audi. They were bald after 21k mikes with the warranty of 45k. Told me that the claim process wouldn’t work since I didn’t have them rotated there and that each tire required 3 phone calls to Michelin. What a lie!! I called Michelin directly and it was the simplest process. The folks either didn’t want to submit the claim or were just too damn lazy to do their job.
