Over charged and referred to another shop
We had an appointment and brought our car to the shop on June 16th and it wasn't brought into the shop and diagnosed until June 26th. We received a very detailed description of the problem and all the steps they took to check the vehicle over. We were told that they would not be able to repair our car and referred us to another shop. When we picked up the car, we were charged 230$ for the inspection. I understand a fee was necessary but 230$ is excessive for a REPEAT customer that now has to take the vehicle to another shop. This experience left me looking for another repair shop.
