First gave an all around 5 stars (which she made sure I wrote one to help her out)but now have to revise my review. I love my vehicle that I can’t deny BUT my salesperson GUILA gets 1 star maybe not even that!! If go here definitely ask for another salesperson!!!! Spent whole day there with my son after a stressful experience with car getting totaled while sleeping and she ran with it (which I get it’s a sale that’s how make your money) Took advantage of whole situation and once signed final agreement that was final acknowledgment from her. She wasn’t even there for day of pickup never put gas in car or fix things we agreed on. The guy who did take time to deliver my car to me etc was very professional. Sad part I went back several times since day signed (with my son too) never said one word again to me or him as we came face to face MULTIPLE times and sat next to her for over hour making next sale nothing not one word!!! Went back again for plates and mirror , the gentleman that delivered car to me acknowledged me hands full and all stopped shook my hand and asked how I was etc . He didn’t make a dime off me but acknowledged me. Another customer there said same thing to me as we both sat waiting as she walked by both of us SEVERAL times (only 2 people there) not one word , smile , nod NOTHING!!! Second time buying from here being very stressed out & Sal made me feel so much better and got me approved and in my new car!!! He supported me every step of the process and made me feel so much better!!! The service department/detailing are AMAZING!! Thank you again!!! You guys are truly the best!! I highly recommend Payless to all but DO NOT recommend GUILA as salesperson at all!!!!! after you sign you are invisible to her. Ask for anyone but GUILA she will sell you everything under sun but again just a sale to her nothing more. She could care less after deal signed!!! Even to my son ,a child , ignored him (which he couldn’t wait to see her was so excited then sad asking why she didn’t say hello) DO NOT RECOMMEND GUILA!!!! Recommend Payless and their Service/detailing department.
