My regular shop was backed up and I needed a few things looked at on my truck before a road trip. I was getting some shaking at highway speeds, a headlight was out, my seat heater wasn't working, a mud flap needed to be installed (i provided the flap and the screws were in place already) and I needed an oil change. I approved them to do $200 worth of work. They called my wife at $150 and said they needed to spend more time "diagnosing" the seat heater issue. She agreed, assuming they were actually fixing things. They weren't. They fixed absolutely nothing, and charged us $300 to "diagnose" why my seat heater wasn't working. And then they told me it would cost $4000 to fix.
They tried to tell us we needed new tires. When my wife asked if that was what was causing the shaking the response was "possibly". So they hadn't even looked at why it was shaking. And when we told to lady we don't want tires she tried to tell us our car could flip on the highway if we didn't spend the $900 they wanted for new ones.
This place had my car for 2 full days and charged me $411 to do nothing but change my oil. And frankly I don't even trust that they did that. Ultimately they wanted over $6000 to do a few minor things on my truck. Oh, and they told us this on a Friday at 3:30 pm knowing they close at 5pm and are closed all weekend. I couldn't get my truck out of there fast enough. Do not go here.
