John said he is having an issue with the tires and needed to call them. When he drives, he hears a thumping noise and is wondering if it has to do with the loosening of the lug nuts during the tire change. Other than that, they got him in the day he called them and it was a pleasure going there. They did everything well and they were pleasant people, he has told a bunch of his friends about them.
