Overpriced, rude
I booked an oil change with Patterson's last week. During the time my car was at the shop they let me know that one of my lights on the back was out and offered to replace it. I said yes, thinking the cost would be worth the time it would take me to go buy the bulb and figure out how to install it. The oil change with the bulb replacement was $160. If that wasn't bad enough when I got home I realized the light on the back wasn't even installed properly. I went back to the shop to get it fixed, something that took 30 seconds. This was insane to me. A task that they initially billed .3 hours for to take 30 seconds to redo told me I was being exorbitantly overcharged. I was able to get a refund on the bulb but I feel as though they thought I wasn't smart and didn't understand I was being scammed.
Do not go to Patterson's! I will not be returning and nor should you !!
