Oil leaking after oils change.
I had my oil changed on Saturday. Saturday night and Sunday noticed oil spots. No oil is registering on dip stick. Parked it and calling dealership tomorrow. I live in Independence ks.

My husband and I bought a car at Patriot Hyundai. It was our first experience with Patriot. Nate Miller, our salesman, was great! Friendly, honest, helpful, knowledgeable. We got a good, fair deal. We’re very pleased. We recommend Patriot and Nate!

I have purchased six cars from Patriot. there have been some issues but we found a solution. This time I had not done my homework and took 25,000 for my 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited when it should have been closer to 30,000. So they got mine for 25,000 and have it priced for 34,500 that is a great markup for them. They did finally give back 500.00 because they sold the 2020 Santa Fe for 500.00 more than they asked. This took a lot of time and runaround to get. Check is in the mail. I know this is my fault for not doing my homework but feel they took advantage of me big time. This will be my last deal with them. I have lost a lot of sleep but will get over it. I hope they enjoy the nice profit I gave them!!!

The Place to go
My wife and I are travelers from Matoaka Virginia. We stop here for service whenever we can. Great people and great service. Our local dealer at home is always 3 to 4 weeks out, so, We take a little road trip. We always fell welcomed here. Thanks, Patriot Hyundai !

Awesome Sales Team!
Matthew Callahan is an awesome Sales Representative, and Joe Calistro was backing him up like a pro. Communication was awesome during this buy on a new Hyundai Kona. After being in a V8 truck for the last 15 years, I forgot how nice it was to get 30 miles to a gallon in town. This will make my wife and I our 2nd Hyundai and again, not disappointed. Thanks again and we will be back soon!

Customer for life
Jake Molder was amazing. I had so much anxiety about car buying I was considering purchasing through an online service just so I didn't have to deal with a sales person and I am so glad I didn't. Nothing beats the personalized customer service I experienced with Jake. Not only did Jake get me in the perfect car, (2020 Nissan Pathfinder) he also helped my mother get her perfect car (2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited) the same day. Jake was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the guess work and anxiety out of car buying. Jake even went a picked my car up from another dealership without me being sure I was going to buy it. He answered every question we had and just made the whole process easy and stress free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle and I will definitely return to him for my next purchase. His customer service skills are wonderful and I know if I have any questions or concerns I can go back to him for help. I can't thank him enough for this wonderful experience.
